Terms and Conditions

Deposit

We require a deposit of 25% of the total cost of the booking in order to secure the booking. Please note that this deposit is non refundable.

Payment

The balance of 75% must be paid at least 4 weeks prior to the Booking date.

Also, we will require a fully refundable breakage deposit of £60 (or €90 )

Payment can be made by cheque ( payable to Mrs C Bowditch and sent by post to : 3 Stonehouse Cottages, Lower Swell,Gloucestershire GL54 1LY.

Rates:

Prices are per week- for short term rental- as follows:

01 October 2007 to 30th June 2008

£235 €345 $455

01 July 2008 to 30 September 2008

£290 €426 $559

01 October 2008 to 30th June 2009

£235 €345 $455

For longer rental periods in our Gite in the Languedoc- i.e. more than 3 weeks, please enquire by email

Check Availability

Cancellation

If you need to cancel your booking, the following will apply:

Cancellations within 4 weeks of the booking date, 100% of the rental will be charged.

We cannot accept responsibility for strikes,floods,fire,airport closure or any other events outside our control.

Pets and Smoking Policy

We do not allow Pets into the Gite. Also, smoking is not allowed inside the Gite.

Holiday Insurance

We strongly recommend you take out adequate insurance whilst you are on holiday. We cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage of any personal items, or injury whilst staying in our Gite.
